The map and event plan ning information communication technology provides a means for participants to place chat comments on an interac tive map that participants can edit and collaboratively work with in order to decide on a suitable meeting location. Embodiments of the invention, allow synchronous conversa tion (eg, via text, Voice, video, or Sound) by providing mul tiple bubbles from different people to be available on a map simultaneously, thereby allowing meetings to be arranged dynamically.
